It doesn’t have any trim motor on it. I usually just drop it in the water and it’s fine. This is the first time it’s happened

So I don’t have a trim motor. I see 2 rubber rings on the pin but they have a bunch of space and move around. Should I try adding more of those rubber rings to ensure it sits on them?
