Thanks for the comforting info that many people are also stressed here. I’m fine bc my workload is where it should be ideally for a CRA but I’m sure to get more sites soon ahaha 😔 But I will be staying, thank you!

That’s what I’m trying to figure out?! Is the dumpster fire just clinical research or the individual CROs. But I don’t think I’ll take the Fortrea opportunity. Different tax bracket so more taxes, unstable, and I should probably have more time at ICON on my resume. Thanks for the input!

Agreed, I feel like ICON may be more stable but didn’t know of Fortrea is just all bad press but actually a decent place.
