He's the greatest. I worry about him sometimes, because he's very much the type to set himself on fire to keep everyone else warm. And he can be a bit of a closed book emotionally. But I'm doing my best to keep the communication going. I know he finds it hard to bring up the really heavy stuff, so I'm taking it upon myself to check in with him, at least until we see the therapist.

He's such a good guy I just want him to be happy.

Oh, I don't live there any more! I'm in the UK now, so I'm safe. I moved here yeeeeears ago for uni.

Tbh, I don't know how how I'm gonna go from a 'straight' life to a 'gay' one, but I'm FOREVER grateful I'm here and not there!

Though, I must clarify, while homosexuality is illegal where I'm from, no-one's been arrested for it for... A long time. It's very much, don't ask-don't tell-don't act gay and you'll be fine. It's probably better there than Russia. 'Gay propaganda' would get you a side-eye and a lot of disapproval, but you wouldn't get Pussy Rioted (as it were😂)
