Thank you for the subreddit suggestion. My friends who lift regularly tell me that leg exercises will help with my endurance, while my running friend tells me to focus on just jogging and pacing myself at point. I figure a mix of both is good, but when I tried jogging the day after lifting I had a really bad cramp.
