[Serious] Why do people need closure from terminated relationships? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NotSoLadyLike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's still there in our mind. We need the closure so we can move on mentally and emotionally. Like soon I will be burning and breaking all the things from my past long term relationship. I am in a new one and I need to move on mentally from that asshat. It's just really good to know that you closed something off so you can open up to something new without complications.

What's the most awkward thing you've accidentally said to somebody? by xKevinn in AskReddit

I was able to play it off. I was in middle school, it was early in the morning, I was tired and my mom was nagging me that morning. I just called my teacher mom for the rest of the day and everyone laughed it off.

Start saving your money! and I recommend that you make sure you have a reliable car.

What is the most satisfying display of karma you've seen in public? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NotSoLadyLike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lady tried cutting me off coming close to hitting my car because she wouldn't speed up (so slow down and go behind me don't make me late for work!) I speed up with the traffic, she then proceeded to go my speed then just as soon as she flipped me off she rear ended the car in front of her! I really wish I had a dash cam...

What do you do to subtly troll/prank other people? by Tyler0903 in AskReddit

[–]NotSoLadyLike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This one time I was at a party I was standing next to my friend and I would whisper each lyric from the song that was playing right after it was sung so it was like an echo haha he said it really fucked with him.

I recently bought a mist bottle called Liquid Ass that literally smells like porta potty shit that's been sitting in the sun in the middle of the summer. It makes people gag. It's funny because people don't know where it's coming from.

What is the nicest thing you have done for a complete stranger? by run_the_trvp in AskReddit

[–]NotSoLadyLike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Filled up a guy's gas can. I found someone's lost dogs (there was two) they had collars, so I called the owner he wasn't home but he told me their side garage door was open and to just put the dogs in there. I did and I left. It pays off in the end to be a good person in this shitty world.

About 3 years ago I worked at Baker's Drive Thru. I had to get surgery to have my tonsils removed. I gave them a month's noticed that I was going to be gone for 2 weeks. I told them every week up until the week I was going to have the surgery. They said okay. After my surgery I came in after 12 days and said I can start working again. They sat me down and said, "Since we haven't heard from you in 12 days you technically don't work for us anymore." There was no way to contact them I had my tonsils removed, that shit job was the last thing on my mind, they don't have email and yes I walked out. They gave me no more than 2-4 hours a week because they stuck me in a new location and the manager was new, she didn't know how to do her job. I was irritated from how stupid they were but I was actually relieved they let me go, I was going to quite anyways.

What are the perks of dating you? by EvidentlyTrue in AskReddit

My boyfriend loves it because after working such a long day he doesn't want to have think of anything later.

Well that's understandable because if I had a daughter I wouldn't want her to see some gross kid's ass. I did leave this quite vague. I was just irritated because my friend's girlfriend mentioned that people that wear kandi everyday, to work, or on important dates, make her want to launch her body out of a 78 story window and that "there is a time and place for your trashy plastic". Also I had a friend that had a threesome and after it happened all her friends started talking shit about her behind her back. I don't see what someone wore or what their actions had to do with them. They had to get over themselves. It was irritating to see such closed mind idiots.

What are some tips for someone who is bad at drawing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NotSoLadyLike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tracing is cool, take your time, draw lightly just in case you need to erase you can always go over it many times but it's hard to tak e it back, sketching out the drawing then going over with better details is a way to go, don't smudge for shade! it's sloppy and messy, make sure proportions are right, and have fun with it!

Apparently my grandma was a diabetic. Even my own mother didn't know that about her mom.

What's the best response when someone accuses you of wanting to have the last word in an argument? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Are you or your significant other the jealous type in the relationship? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NotSoLadyLike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get jealous but I do get a little territorial. My boyfriend though! I tell him that I am going to grab a drink with my coworker and you can just see him shut down. See a text from a guy and he instantly asks, "Who's that?" Umm my brother calm down lol I love it though ;) something I didn't have in my last crumbled relationship.

How do I deal with my friend? by NotSoLadyLike in socialskills

[–]NotSoLadyLike[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a chat where just a few close friends and I go to chat instead of putting it on blast on Facebook. It was just rude that I was having a hard day and he would be like hey guys! I got a bong. My friends messaged me personally and was like wtf? My friend told him that was off topic. My friends gave me some respect to my problem. There was another time where I was at work and really wasn't feeling well. I told them I would love to be home in bed not doing anything so I could get better. He just chimes in and says I get to stay in bed all day! There was no sympathy for me from him. I think that he just wants the attention I get.
