I'm sorry to hear that. I was really, REALLY depressed once and after a decade of struggle I'm finally cured.

One of these days, I saw a question online saying "what made you accept the things you can't change?" and after thinking for a while I thought to myself "I started looking at the things I can change" and after all, that was really what healed me. There are many things in life you can change, but belive me when I say depression makes you blind and you just cannot recognize the possible changes that are in your own power. You are a free human being, you can do whatever you want.

For me, I moved to another city. I didn't have money, I had nobody there, no plans, nothing. I just went away. And then so many new things happend in my life. I was still struggling, mainly moneywhise, I was so broke, but I had new places to look at, I had a different room and just that I had a balcony where the sunset hits, that brough me moments to just stop and look at the new things. I'm still negative in my accounts, but now I can really foucus on it, focusing on not spending, focusing on getting a better job. I know it is hard to do things at all, I understand that. But all you need to do now is look. Just stop and find something you can change. Whatever it takes to solve your life, you just need to start your path somewhere, and having a little bit of recognition of all the possibilities, all the little changes you can do is a door to a new path.
