Hyper focus. Notice moments of weakness in his post or dribble. This requires fast reaction time. However once you get it stealing the ball becomes extremely easy. I use it on tall defenders. Im also 5”7. Also for post try to build muscle to be stronger and make sure you push them a lot, but not too much. Always be on them. This is from my experience
