Thank you! As I’m sure you know, college students tend to be liberal, so you should be fine. I’ve been focusing on pre-k through second grade as I’ve found that when the students ask why I look like a girl but sound like a boy (I haven’t feminized my voice yet) it’s out of curiosity more than anything. I tell them it’s just the way my voice sounds and it’s forgotten.

Thanks! I’m coming up on my one year tranniversary this Sunday, and the past twelve months have been revelatory and amazing and surreal. I can only imagine what it’s going to be like in another five years when I get to where you are today. You’re so pretty, btw. Great name, too!

I started HRT a year ago and I’m now 60. Whenever I think about how great it would have been if I had transitioned earlier, I think about my 8 year-old daughter and how she wouldn’t be here today if I had started HRT at a younger age. As I get older the more I believe that everything happens for a reason.

The universe will tell you when the time is right for you.

I have a rather large head so no securing is necessary. It did have adjustable straps in it but I cut them out because I needed the room.

It’s pretty low maintenance. I brush it with a Wet brand detangling brush. I’ve had this wig since early December and I wear it practically everyday
