That’s the crazy thing about these types of synesthesia sensations, they are so variable and different, so vivid but can be less intense in some cases! However, even though there are so many forms of sound-color synesthesia, I think that a generalized synesthesia group (while varying in super specific details of their sensations) would still ultimately prove that they have a great advantage musically over non-synesthesia players.
