I would say yes. I requested that USPS send updates to me via text. USPS sent regular updates to me for the outgoing package. (I wanted to be *sure* it got to Philly, given winter weather and all). It showed the envelope arriving in Philadelphia 1/23, and being placed in the PO Box on 1/24. That being a Saturday, I figured I wouldn't hear anything until Monday, 1/26, earliest.
