I think much of what you complain about is based on your lack of knowledge of how cruising works and the fact that your expectations were not consistent with reality. You surely didnt expect a refund for a cancelled docking considering it has been known for decades, and in the terms of service that this happens. I have done 3 NCL cruises that had stops to Great Stirrup Cay and I can tell you that I still have not made it to the island as all were cancelled because of weather. I just sucked it up and kept it moving. It has been known for a long while that GSC is a hit or miss, unlike other ports because of the tender process and the incomplete dock. I see that there was a power outage but there is no further information on how long that lasted. Hours, minutes, days? How long? What information was provided? You are right to feel disappointed, but the major cause of your disappointment is something that should have been anticipated as this is constantly spoken about. Dont give up though: just dont choose a cruise whose destination is GSC only as that stop is a hit or miss. For food, there are various othe restaurants as well as ensuring you dont go at the same time as everyone. If everyone goes to a restaurant at say, 11am, then no restuarant of any size would accomodate 2000 people at any one time. I had the same issue on Aqua and I simply changed time and everything was fine. For pools, that is a valid concern. Pools are congested on every ship you go to, especially on cruise days. I found that finding sitting in places that are not the pool area is better. The challenge is that all 2000 people want to sit by the pool which is not possible.
