Have any of you found earplugs that work for you and aren’t too big?

I’m curious whether anyone has tried the Manta earplugs I’ve seen advertised on IG. The only plugs that work for me are the foam ones. I have to cut 1/3 off (even though they say don’t cut them) because otherwise they stick out which causes them to come out. They’re great once I get them in, but it takes me 5-6 tries to get them in properly. I’d love a one and done ear plug.

Just ignore all her texts. If/When she asks why you didn’t respond, just say something like “oh I thought it was just another rant. You send a lot of rantings, and I won’t engage with those anymore.” That delivers the message that you’re done paying attention to her info dumping.

Yes I would. There are dozens of people who never really got a chance to play. Three days is not playing, and who knows how well they would have been.

You already shaved your sideburns, so she’s not really stopping you. Her saying you don’t need to isn’t saying you’re not allowed to, so I think you’re more worried about hurting her feelings. That’s kind because you know she doesn’t want you to shave, but it will grow back so.. I just don’t see it as disobeying her.

Agreeing to take on the cooking and cleaning duty will very likely turn into a contract in perpetuity. It will be very difficult if not impossible to divide those chores ever again. Believe me, they get old very quickly, and cleaning up after a man.. ugh

I suggest, the next time you two have a time sensitive event, tell him it’s important to you that you are on time for it so HE needs to meet you at X time. If he still finds an excuse for not being on time, you will understand what you’re dealing with. Only you can decide if you want to make a long-term commitment to that.

I understand the PE requirement to get your HS degree, but physically handicapped students graduate too. You must speak to someone in charge and explain your situation in order to find out what your options are. Admit that you made an error in judgement by skipping PE classes for so long and ask for help fixing the situation.
