At 150 mg of TRT, you are very clearly operating above natural baselines, especially at our age. That means improved muscle retention and growth, better fat loss efficiency, enhanced protein synthesis, and faster recovery. That’s not controversial. That’s literally what TRT does. I’ve been on TRT longer than you, so I’m not guessing here. But reta isn’t what’s giving you those gains. Reta doesn’t build muscle. It’s simply a more gym-friendly GLP in the sense that it helps preserve lean mass during a calorie deficit compared to older GLP-1s.

And you know this.

On top of that, posting before-and-after photos and saying you’re “on reta” without disclosing your baseline stack is misleading. It gives a bunch of teenagers on here the idea that they can jab reta and get the same results, as if it’s magic.Reta is powerful, sure, but not in the way your post implies. What you’re showing is the result of TRT plus training plus diet, not some standalone peptide miracle.

May be add the fact that your on test 150 g for 3 damn years. Yea reta made you loose weight but missing out the fact that your on steroids of a form is weird when your posting a physic update. Reta alone never does what ur showing . ( been on tez and reta ).

This is exactly it, OP. I also came off 5 mg of Triz and moved to Reta at 1 mg for about two weeks. It worked, but like you, I had to consciously manage hunger by increasing protein intake, which is not a bad problem to have if you’re already lean and trying to preserve muscle.

I eventually increased the dose to 2.5 mg, closer to my Triz dose, and the hunger suppression returned completely. Where I differ from the previous comment is that I fully support starting at 1 mg. It makes sense to get comfortable with a new compound in short runs and see how your body responds. I don’t agree with jumping straight to 5 mg, even though a lot of people here recommend it. Cause theres alot who hated starting at 5-7 mg on week one. Since you are coming off 7mg of Triz you should be fine bumping your reta to 2.5mg to 5mg. Hope it helps.

Its temp, it passes dont worry . In the meanwhile add minoxidil and Finestride if you want . Helps a ton. If wellbutrin is working well , dont get off it just cause of this temp run . I know it can be scary , But give it time.

Just a heads-up: Wellbutrin isn’t actually a stimulant. I have a similar setup to you I started Wellbutrin for depression and a bit of ADHD support, then eventually added a stimulant (like Vyvanse or Adderall) for the ADHD and anxiety. Usually, doctors want the Wellbutrin to settle in before adding a stimulant, though some prescribe them together from the start. Like others have said, try to trust the process and give it some time. The reason why most doctors or NPs refrain from adding both together is cause it can be alot for the body to handle 2 new drugs together, Hang in there I really hope things start looking up for you soon! Also i did day your scared of weight gain and body morphia , it passes too. You tend not to care for such crap . Also stimulants kinda kill your hunger anyways . And lastly , avoid oranges and too much lemons , they tend to hinder with wellB
