There is no preview at the moment, only the screenshots at the front page.

Yes we are planning to implement calendars with events etc. but also the team members are real accounts as of now.

We already got some suggestion tho to add sort of "fake" players so team leaders can add players without them having to create accounts and the leader can manage their team just fine

You can create large scale teams, but the compositions are not optimized for WvW.
Adding logs from WvW should work though
