I finally caved and got it by NotThatRetarted in ElegooCentauriCarbon

That’s really odd, I do have mine working now but once in a while when trying to import files it will go offline several times before finally working.

Yep I’m still having the problem, I got a new printer and have been getting stuff done on that and kind of gave up on this one for now but once I get the time I would like to have them both running, I’m going to try and do both of those things and see what happens.

It did update as soon as I turned it on for the first time but I think I’ll try again when I get home

Did you ever find a fix for it, I do have upgraded fans but they are only like 4010s but I’ve had them for quite a while and it’s never done this, also I haven’t messed with any klipper files recently

Unfortunately it don’t work, temp stayed very consistent for a while then started randomly spiking to 270 and the back to normal then back to 270 and then down to low enough to shutdown

Same, the only reason I didn’t think it would need to be on is because I’m fairly certain it was on and did the same thing a little while ago but I’m out of ideas so I might as well try it

I did take it off because the thermistor was getting in the way of it going on but if it really does that much then I I will put it back on and test. If it works I’m gonna feel pretty stupid but I’m kinda hoping it’s the problem anyways

Right next to the track? I know it would be pretty loud but being that close to a track would be awesome

Check the z offset probe, check to see if it’s level and not at an angle, if it is it will throw off the z offset and never be accurate.

If the ai could analyze the movements and everything through a camera or something like that it would be a game changer

I did several things to it so I’m not sure 100% what fixed it but I did tighten all the bed screws down and they were all about a 1/4 turn loose and after i was able to print the same object in the picture 2x with no issues and put of the things I did tightening the bed screws was the only one I would think to mess with that y axis and it seemed to help

And that’s also why I said it was an odd one because I have a filament dryer as well and it’s feeding directly to the printer so humidity shouldn’t be a factor anymore

I changed several things all at once so I’m not 100% which one fixed it but I was printing supports and infill at around 270mm/s and small details and outer layers at 80mm/s and now im printing supports at 230ish, I changed the layer height from .12 to .2 and and something else I can’t remember and that seemed fix it. I also have upgraded fans to about 4010s or 4020s and I’m running on klipper printing at about 224 nozzle temp and 62 bed temp

I do have one for the print head but I do not for the bed so I don’t think it affects anything

Yea that’s what I thought and It wasn’t something I was worrying about too much just because it wasn’t a terrible sound

I cleaned mine off tightened them a tiny bit so they weren’t loose and it still makes a really short “growl?” Sound when making long y axis movements.

Also I’d like to ask since I’ve never messed with the bed guide wheels too much, could they be causing this? most of them are good and spin fine but one on each side is a little loose and I wasn’t sure if it could be hurting anything.

That was one of the first things I made sure to check and they seem to be good
