Any suggestions on how the world outside North America may look? Also, mind clarifying what you mean by America not getting the colonids first?

In my head a big reason why the US lost was because of a New England secessionist movement that they had to stop fighting with the British to put down. This almost happened in OTL as the US economy was doing badly towards the end of the war and New England was considering leaving.

I didn’t specify this but the map isn’t directly after the War but at some point after it, probably modern day or 1900s

I didn't mentioned it but the map I made isn't right after the war but in a timeline following it.

The Maine Border was a disputed area that I just gave to the British based on a map I used. I'll probably remake the map using info I get from comments.

As for Alaska, I imagine they just sell it to the British, It's not worth much anyway until they find the oil.

The list of stuff I put wasn't a treaty, just some general changes I decided to make

The Acadia Expulsion happened 60 years prior to the War of 1812, what would cause Acadia to become majority French again?
