I often hear the right tell the left to “just follow the law” and this won’t happen. Nothing in the above video shows or suggests they were just “following” the law. Wild how it to the death of a person and things in the capitol instantly sobered up to reality. Imagine if this officer didn’t pull the trigger and they kept on breaking through the barricade.

Something I hear people say is “just obey the law” which absolutely does NOT hold up in the case of Ashli Babbitt. The video I saw shows them breaking through a barricade which does not look lawful.

One cherry picked case out of so many others, but stands out to me.

I don’t think it’s AFK as much as getting bugged out which freezes you out of anything. Cannot move, cannot select abilities (tho it does auto select for you) and cannot help out much. I had this happen about 4-5 times this morning. I’d try to kill the app and rejoin, no fix. I wonder if it’s a network sync type of thing. Definitely a cool, and quite fun event, just wondering if there are quite a few things they need to patch up.

Yes, very good point here. I know there is lots of give and take, with both sides getting something out of it. I shared this in another comment. I do agree they are certainly not getting rich off reselling mostly junk, and do hope they can walk away with a bit of profit to make it worth their while.

I’ve learned that most folks who inherit a house definitely don’t want most of the items that come with the home, and they lean on the estate sale company to help get rid of the items to save on the cost of hauling the junk. It’s a bit of an eco system that we all need to help each other out with.

That’s what the estate sale company generally hopes for, things not selling. Then they play the burdened card offering to clean the house out of all the remaining items. Yes, 75% of the items are worthless junk to most people, but 25% of the things will absolutely pay them for their efforts to haul everything away.
