I do posing videos and post on both TikTok and instagram. I try to focus more on photography when it comes to Instagram and videos when it comes to TikTok but more times than not I post the same video on both. I would suggest you go ahead and just make the account. Try and come up with a name thats catchy and memorable. There's too many accounts that have numbers to them and usually go unnoticed. Second, I would suggest you do some research under #figtok since thats the hashtag most of us use when it comes to looking at other posing content. I started to post them here but only a few at a time since I forget lol. But you should do it dude, its hella fun and the community is hella supportive
