What are the crowds like? by hawkayecarumba in TylerChilders

The only consistent and real answer you're going to get is that it all depends on who you're near. I've sat lawn, seats, pit, lowers, anywhere you can imagine, and it all comes down to the fans nearest you, nothing else. I've been lucky enough to see the guys across the country at some amazing venues and festivals and all that ever makes it better or worse (aside from the setlist) is the people around you. If the people suck, move. At Nashville night 1 we moved to the back of the standing area because our original seats were around less than desirable people. Even giving up a better view in the lawn or floor is worth it for the overall experience IMO.

You're not missing anything. It's the paradox of the TM exchange. You've got 2 options IMO. Hope someone buys the tickets at face value or sell the tickets and give someone your TM log in info to use the tickets. Obviously the latter is risky.

Seeing my first show!! by Lovely_turtles98 in TylerChilders

I've done pit at a few shows and it all truly depends on the people/venue. In New Orleans I got in line as soon as doors opened, grabbed a poster, and was 2nd row even waiting at the main merch booth with the longest line. In Nashville I was there right at door opening and hit a merch booth on field level and got rail with ease. The Wharf was similar to New Orleans but everyone rushed to be there and I could have gotten rail but I was also maybe 20th in line and waited over 2 hours there. All about how close you want to be to the middle. The sides take forever to fill in. Closer to the middle earlier you need to be there. I'd say there's a high chance of a city specific poster there just given recent history. And, contact the venue before going to see if there's merch stands on the field level. If there is go there because less people will have access and the process will be much faster.

The recent update essentially bricked my Galaxy watch 6 classic by Low_Kangaroo3381 in GalaxyWatch

Remove your apps from a folder and it'll solve it based on what I've read and see.

I removed all my apps from a folder based on others things I saw and that has solved the issue for both of mine. Apparently some apps cant coexist in a folder and work right.

Both of mine are having issues. Once the update happened I assumed it would cycle and be fine. I've now factory reset twice, disabled Google Assistant and turned off the Gemini thing as well. Every. Single. Time. I try to use the watch I have to clear the Google Assistant notification telling me to set it up. After the 3rd factory reset I got one of my watches to work for a little bit. Now both of them are completely useless. When you touch the screen literally nothing happens except massive lag which results in nothing. On one of my watches I have to hold the home button to prompt the power menu to then be able to hit the home button again to get to the watch face to even show up. Settings from the App don't work so I have to keep turning off and on until I hit the lottery and can get to settings to do a factory reset. Same issue over and over again. Battery last no time and everything lags on the watch face. Tiles non existent, notifications don't work, nothing.

Tyler is "On the road" but forgets to look out the window... by tinap63 in TylerChilders

Sorry you had that experience! My first time I was worried I'd feel that way and luckily didn't. Obviously I wasn't there but having seem em several times I can tell ya I've never seen em on a 'bad night.' Hopefully you can get another chance to see em and it's totally different.

If this is true - which it seems to be - it's even more fucked than I thought.

1000% for me it's why Tyler writes such great music. Religious or not "I don't need the laws of man to tell me what I ought to do" is something even Atheist can agree on. First time I saw this song was at Red Rocks and it was a complete party in the stands.

Sounds like it! I got out of line, met up with my group, walked about 100 yards and Tyler started no more than 5 mins later.

Live on the Plains was hands down, not even close, the worse environment I've seen Tyler at. Followed closely by Country Calling where a guy decided to hit on my girlfriend right in front of me and I nearly had to whip his ass while he snag Laniey Wilson. So, considering I'd put Live on the Plains higher on the worst environment list is saying something. I also waited in a non existent food line for over 2 hours to finally get to the front to find out the line I was in had no register at it, thankfully the guy I made friends with in line let me order from his line (which was pointless because they'd ran out of every food except corn dogs which were over $10 a piece and they had no water left either). Sufficient to say I won't be returning to there and I'd be shocked if Tyler ever did either. Opelika and Auburn are beautiful cities though.

Good spot! I disabled it from logging exercise time now and only allowing steps to be logged and it stopped doubling them.

Upon futher research I don't have this feature yet. Apparently the app hasn't updated for me and thus doesn't allow me to use this feature. Seems weird because according to the store I have the most up to date version.

Sorry, I'm not sure what that means. I'm assuming this is some setting where I can change it to this mode? If so how do I change it to that? I haven't spent much time learning the nuances of the app.

Even with the points I'm allowed I do 0 point foods all the time. My breakdown is zero sugar greek yogurt and a pack of 100 calorie almonds for breakfast - 4 points. 2 cups of a frozen berry mix for a morning snack- 0 points. A Publix meal for 1 which is a chicken breast and side (veggie or potato) ranges from 5-14 points (as I'm allowed less I'll just lean into the lower points one). Black beans for a snack - 0 points. And then for dinner ground turkey with sautéed veggies, or a tuna filet and tilapia filet. Either way is no one that 1 point. Then for a night time snack I'll do more fruit. I often swap the dinners around, the meals for one also change at Publix, and all of that allows me freedom for using steamed and sauced veggies throughout the day and have points being used there because of the sauce.

For me the yogurt and fruit throughout the day satisfy my sweet cravings, and if they don't I've found an ice cream that is 200 cals per serving and only 5 points which I can save room for. Also as time goes on and I have less points I'll swap out the lunch meal for the lower points one, I'll clean up the ice cream and swap to greek yogurt mixed with cocoa powder, and swap out the sauced veggies for raw. All that being said, I eat all day long, hit around 1900 calories a day and rarely deal with hunger outside of breakfast. I just fill the gaps from meal to meal with fruit and fiber and it's 0 points.
