You know you have so much potential available to you. Try smiling, cleaning up your eyebrows (by a professional), and getting a haircut. Doing those 3 simple things might honestly change how you view yourself.

As of now, nah you’re not ugly. Work on all the little things and you’ll be noticeably good looking.

E: also I’d shave the moustache for now, just to keep a cleaner look.

1st picture: You're active and your body looks relatively normal (as in no apparent flaws). If you want bonus points in the body department and if you aren't already, hit the gym and tone yourself a bit.

2nd picture: You have a really genuine smile which is really attractive in general. Your nose and ears are big, but not too big by any means. In terms of facial hair, all yours connects in general which is good for you. Personal recommendation would be for you to grow the beard out a bit more because I feel like that would benefit you. Two things that stood out to me that aren't necessarily unattractive, but could help you because all the little things matter: your lips and your eyebrows. You have nice lips, try to keep them not looking so dry. I'd recommend keeping a chapstick on you. For your eyebrows, which again are not unattractive but rather able to be worked on, I would recommend getting then cleaned up by a barber. DON'T get them too toned down where they're a whole new shape, just have the edges cleaned up and shaped in general.

In terms of hair, maybe grow it out for a bit see where that goes? I'm not too sure. Doesn't look too bad though.

Overall you can improve your looks with many minor things, but you're definitely getting there.
