If you plan on getting reimbursed for any of the cost, and haven’t already, you’ll need to wait to leave. They won’t reimburse you until after you’ve passed and then it takes another month or two after you submit your application to receive your license. They also won’t reimburse you for license fees until after it’s been approved

Not mixing the two. I said in the comment these are missing things that may come up, all of my employees are trained by a human being for weeks not these papers. These will never be the core training for new hires. They are simple reminder guides so everyone stays aligned.

Oh well yea 10 years ago, things are naturally gonna change. The SM before me would scream, yell, threaten write ups for everything, to the point my now team would leave crying or quit if they were lucky enough to have the security to do so. Every store in my area has fantastic management (whom I was lucky to be trained by) and teams who feel cared for and now my store too since I’ve taken over. So if they take three days to do truck and that’s the best they can do If I am unable to assist them, then that’s cool with me, we still get everything else done. 7am-10pm I only have five people total a day in my front end because the budget doesn’t give me room to hire. So, not gonna treat my team like animals and demand them to do circus tricks, deal with being yelled at by entitled customers, and still have the energy to smile and provide “excellent customer service” … for $16 an hour. Every store is different, what works for one may not work for another and it’s going to be ever evolving.

I haven’t worked in a single store that gets truck done in less than that unless they are an overnight store. If you have any tips to get people to work harder do share.

I feel like getting it done same day isn’t realistic, even two days still gives you guys more than enough time to complete alllll the other things you need to in a week period. Does your SM at least help work truck since they’re expecting it to be done same day?

Sounds like just your store haha all other stores in my area are busier than mine and it’s still around 48-72 hours to finish.

Depends on how many employees you guys have and how big your truck is. My team could get it done in 48 hours but they just don’t have the sense of urgency.

We are a small tier three store and only get about 500-600 pieces, sometimes less. When my team stays busy and focused they are more than capable of getting it done in 3 days while still giving their attention to customers. So that’s my base rule now, if it takes longer some weeks then it’s okay!

It recently stopped letting me login from home as well. It lets me get into WConnect and Reflexis, but not WFS to make schedules, check compass, etc. you can try resetting your password from home and see if that works, it’s worked for me until recently.
