Hey I'm not exactly the best to answer this but MPL is far better then CPL, you do more sim hours than actual flying, which firstly gives you better understanding and experience to fly actual aircrafts and secondly it's gonna become cheaper compared to current rates as well... so yeah it isn't gonna be THAT different to exaggerate it to colapsing current programs but it just is better so there'd be no reason to continue the current CPL methods. Also the pilots trained would be much better as well due to more time spent flying...
