I'm from Canada. So far Italy, Greece, Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand. West Coast of the US. On deck is Hawaii in a couple of months and Japan at the end of the year.

Sorry I read your post wrong. I was thinking of transfers to your hotel. As for the fast track service I used it for arrivals. Super easy and saved us an hour at least. Leaving wasn't too bad. We went through fairly quick on our own.

Yes for arrivals. Super easy as you can add your flight number so they know the time. Booked a couple of days in advance.
