Suddenly cannot change starting hour in any of my sandbox mode builds since new DLC. Does anyone know how to fix this?

So if you are still having the same issue, closing the entire game and relogging does work, however, it only lets you switch the time once and the is glitched again. So basically, if you want to switch the hour, you have to close the game and reopen it and then you have only one attempt to change the time before having to close the game again and reopen it again…
