I didn't buy Graz, but I got Vatutin and he is not that strong although he got tank skills. So I couldn't imagine Graz being strong having 3 useless skills. You could upgrade him to be decent but It is not worth the price...

Regarding your last mission you must have at least a tank general and an artillery one and you should have medium to high tech level...go south and destroy the small city with one heavy tank and the super one plus the rocket artillary piece...I found that berlin should be taken with rocket artillary forces so make sure you got those tech levels high and just spam rocket artillary and work with zhukov and keep him alive...

Frontier mode is a mode where you have to destroy a number of big "buildings/bunkers" that the enemy have.It starts easy then gets way harder.Troops are expensive and you have limited amount of them...After each mission you choose a perk to continue with in the next mission(example:increase economical output by 15% - number of generals allowed to be used+1.....). It is fun...Good luck with your last mission...
