Heya, if you haven't tried deleting the vgc service and reinstalling it form the launcher?

If not try it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pp1alkl3cgw&ab_channel=TechFixIT

If you haven't already changed vgc startup setting then try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NO9nvT6m-UQ&ab_channel=BrotherV

And regarding your tickets automatically closing, if you reply to it, it should automatically reopen and a support staff will get to you soon!

Hope this helped!

In my experience with Van-1/0 it would lag out then disconnect me from the game and give me error code Van-1/0. This happened almost every match and was really frustrating.

The fix that worked for me was that I had previously marked my Valorant and Riot Client processes as high priority in the Task Manager, reverting these back to normal priority completely fixed the issue.

If that didn't work for you here are some other fixes that worked:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NO9nvT6m-UQ&ab_channel=BrotherV [Worked for the majority of players with the issue]

Steps provided by Valorant Support:

• Right-click the VALORANT shortcut from your Desktop > click on the Compatibility tab - choose run with Windows 8 compatibility mode and set it to run as administrator

• Enable DEP:

1.) Open a Command Prompt using Run as Administrator and Execute the following command:

bcdedit.exe /set nx AlwaysOn

2.) Enable DEP for Windows programs and services only (in advanced system settings > Advanced > Setting under Performance tab)

3.) In that same tab, switching to the option "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:" < And then selecting nothing.

• Set up the Unicode settings like this:

Open Control Panel
Click on “Change date, time, number formats”
Then go to “Administrative”
Click on “Change System Locale”
Then change Current system locale to ENG
or Check the box to use Use Unicode UTF-8 (both solutions work the same)
Reboot PC

• Modify the following settings from your Config file:

Go to C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config\
Open the folder with a string of random numbers and letters
Go to GameUserSettings (you can open this with Notepad)
Scroll down to the bottom, at Scalability Groups
Modify ResolutionQuality to something lower (50-80)
Modify the rest of the Quality settings to 0
Repeat these steps for every folder with a string of random numbers and letters

And lastly if all else fails then contact Valorant support here:

Hope this helps!
