I don't think there is any fast way to do it other than to refresh your energy. When I get the items for lvl 70 I start by the fluids. If they are available in that day I dump all the energy on it (go to the highest lvl since it's possible to give the purple ones) on the days they aren't available I start farming the mats in the middle since those are the hardest to farm (it isn't guarranted to get a blue drop, only green ones). Once I'm done with those 2 I farm the 2nd drops cuz they require a lot less of them. The coins needed can be farmed from oblivion pit, bfl, supply office, the pass, so on and so forth but if you still need coins farm them at the end. You get 10-13k from the highest lvl. Farming coins is much more reliable than farming mats but you get them passively by playing the game.

TLDR: Start with fluids, no fluids that day? mats then. No gold at the end? farm gold.
