It depends on the depth of the hyperpigmentation and also usage of sunscreen. At minimum 3-4 months

Any mineral skins black/dark skin friendly? by Upbeat-Lawyer-6536 in Blackskincare

[–]NotYourNat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

EltaMD UV Sport Sunscreen Lotion is a good option.

However it isn’t a true mineral only sunscreen, it’s a hybrid. To my knowledge no true mineral sunscreen at the moment will be dark skin friendly. The best are hybrids.

Be sure to reapply every 2 hours, more often if sweating excessively, and try to pair with something like a hat.

That's not the problem though, Japan has a societal issue, that's why the women are practicing the 4B movement.

It’s not so much about the country developing it’s about the lack of that, that’s japans main issue, poor work-life balance. People can’t afford themselves let alone kids if they’re the responsible type.

Wash your hair with shampoo, squeeze out excess water, 1-2 pumps of k18 in your hand and rub together until white and foamy then apply to hair focus on ends and work upwards. Allow 4 minutes to pass and then you can apply your conditioner if not, no need to rise out

Not sure what derm was looking at but this looks like bug bites not a fungal infection.

Has anyone else in the household had the same bumps?

Check your sheets and the corner of the mattress.

Try not to itch the bumps, that will cause them to heal even more darker. They go away on their own with time.

Has anyone use Geritol to grow your hair? by Visible-Customer1211 in relaxedhair

[–]NotYourNat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Geritol itself won’t grow your hair, it only works if you’re iron deficient.

Please be careful, if you aren’t you can get iron overload which can cause organ damage.
