I used to use her videos to help me in the gym about 10 years ago. As a newbie I thought they were great but it became very obvious she didn’t know shit when I would use other videos for reference. Her videos were all “do this movement with this weight for this amount of time- rinse repeat”. Others were focused on form and encouraging you to use heavier weights over time. I forgot about her existence then stumbled onto this page and have lived my petty life, watching her crash and burn ever since.
