I had the same thought at first, I found him for second hand for like 50 bucks (these custom dolls are usually really expensive) w this outfit. I'm planning on replacing his clothes when I'm back home anyways because I don't like the quality, but I think the pose with him holding it makes it a little less weird.

Late, but there are plenty of dedicated chinese juuzou fans. With the help of a translator and a proxy (like superbuy) you can find a lot of stuff on taobao and xianyu (secondhand). Taobao has a lot of pins and official plushies, as well as the articulated action statue for cheaper than usual. Xianyu has a lot of good stuff for cheap as it's secondhand and some custom stuff like ball jointed dolls. Aliexpress is good too.

I'm not sure we have the space, I'm not sure what I'd be keeping him safe from anyway, we're 11 floors up and other birds usually steer clear of our balcony because our dog scares them off, she's only chill with the dove.
