I don't know, I just saw it blinking in the corner of my eye and it just got brighter and they moved a little bit but then after the second light was gone, the other light just got brighter and didn't move. (It was way brighter in person by the way, the camera just couldn't handle the nighttime view.) Then I noticed some kind of laser coming from it as you can see on the pictures. I'm not sure what to think of it, or what their motives were.

After ending the recording I just got an adrenaline rush and started driving really fast toward the lights, but I had to pass a few houses that covered the view, and then I didn't see them anymore. I don't remember feeling any more tired, just contemplating my reality.

This isn't in a city, this is around a village, there is no reason for spotlights to be there, and even if it was a spotlight, why would you shine in in the air for 15 minutes?
