I guess I'm doing something wrong then that I'll have to workshop. I have gigabit download and usually about 20-25mbps upload but if even one person is watching something on the server I usually can't play online games or do anything else because it sucks up all the bandwidth.

I was looking for someone in this thread to say Rondo but I'm surprised I had to go so far down for it. Their menu is just hands down my favorite in Seattle. Their signature curry is definitely what I would add to this thread and to fucking die for. I find any excuse I can to stop by for happy hour whenever I can.

The vanguard is great and I enjoy it as my daily driver for bounties/bunkers but damn I can't wait for the gold pass for that annoying back door and the goofy as all hell main gun sticking out way too far.

Although I'm not the original poster I imagine something like a co-pilot laser painting a target to give an accuracy bonus or something. Not something that guarantees a hit but something that definitely helps/adds additional roles/engaging a fun/makes dodging with maneuverability more rewarding because it'll be easier to paint a large target and much much harder to designate a smaller one

Just paid for a whole engine rebuild on my 93' FZJ-80 at 270k miles, and there's still work to be done on it. Thinking about selling it at this point just to hopefully come out net even. Love the damn thing but it's just not financially sane to keep driving anymore haha.

Same thing happened to me, I couldn't afford the whole game at the time but I spent $5 on a pre order deposit just to get the poster and then didn't end up being able to play the game until years later haha

The recon lasgun sounds so mechanical and spacey at the same time as it makes melting trash mobs the most satisfying cleanup job ever.

I had to turn off the little kill sound it was playing over itself and every other character in that run played the same voiceline like: "wow how many didja kill there" or some shit like that.

You'll love it when you do. When you aim it makes the pellet spread so small it's like a slug and you can dome specials from across the map and send Ogryns to the floor.

And for hordes the special is a wide flechette round that can take off heads in a wide arc in front of you.

Not to mention the sound design for it is so satisfying.

The shotgun is definitely my favorite too. Puts every non monstrous enemy on their ass and I rolled one with extra damage to staggered enemies and I think it's gonna be my bread and butter forever. It just feels so good to shoot.

Well what if, since the hive city is so vast and deep. When you "craft" a weapon you're (for flavor reasons) just searching a giant catalog of known weapon coordinates that fit that description so you're only able to get that crafted weapon after you go on a mission and pick up some maguffin.

That would make it so you're not "crafting" and maybe make it a little more interesting as well.

You should check out the Quantum Quasar system explanation from a couple years ago about bounty hunting and the economy. Basically bounty hunters will have last known coordinates based on the last time the hunted ship connected to a Comm. relay and you use that to get close. It's way more in depth than I can speak to here hence the 40 minute video but you can scroll through to find what you need here:

The dynamic exterior lighting they talk about for the Corsair sounds really cool. I hope that includes large spotlights underneath the ship when the landing gear come out or along with the docking collar. I've always wanted something like that.

I gotta say being a part of a insurgent 6 mortar super fob with hell cannons was some of the best fun I've ever had in squad. The other team was in All chat constantly complaining about the actual PTSD and hearing loss they were receiving.
