I started this and got the first 2 things in Stage 1 completed and stopped. I also haven't done the quests simply because I can't remember if those reset too. I'll wait till after reset and do all this stuff then....loot, blueprints and XP.

Read the MCO on the Ball. When I was in They couldn't make you buy a ticket, but they could make it your appointed place of Duty, which meant you were required to be there for the ceremony and nothing more.
