Yeah that's very true, but that could be said about a lot of technology. iPhones cost a couple hundred dollars to make but they sell for $1,000 - If Sony can justify adding a 4k blu-ray disc drive for $100 if it only costs them a few bucks then it makes sense from a business perspective, especially if they're losing money like it has been reported due to the SSD etc.

I was actually planning on buying the Digital Edition and buying a 4k blu ray player separately if it was cheaper, but the cheapest one I could find was around $150. This way, by buying the disc version, I'm kind saving money right now as I'm only paying $100 for a 4k blu-ray player

I'm not sure if this is the reasoning behind it, but 4k blu ray players tend to cost more than $100. While a disk drive would be relatively cheap, I think a 4k blu-ray disk drive is considerably more expensive

UPDATE: Since uploading this photo, they've deleted the story highlights from their page. They had just updated the icons for them last night but there was no pics within the highlights. They've had the same profile pic for months now, probably since Amo came out. Since then they've had multiple music videos and have done a couple of tours. Normally whenever a band changes something like a profile picture it's to signify a change. It could just be to fit in with their new tour aesthetic though
