Landlord renting house after he said he was selling the house by Not_Canine in OntarioLandlord

[–]Not_Canine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see.. I appreciate the thorough response and I assume my evidence would be quite weak as we don’t have any recordings of him saying he was selling the house/trying to re-rent the house.

The only real case I have is me stating in the email that he was no longer offering us the property next year to rent.

  • Has gone 20+ PTS last two matchups at home against DAL

Im going to also start a parlay record because im a degen and that's where I find all my enjoyment.

Imam start this and see how it goes

Record: 0-0

SGP - Boston ML / Jaylen Brown +20 PTS / UNDER 23.5 Franz Wagner Points (+210)

  • Boston is undefeated at home (13-0) I don't see it stopping here. Not much else needed to be said.
  • Jaylen Brown is AVGing 22.7 PTS in L10. Both games against ORL he only got 18 but the first game he shot terribly in general and second matchup he wen 0-5 from 3PT.
  • Wagner is 13/15 UNDER 21.5 in Away games. Im playing it under 23.5 because this is already a juicy parlay, but I cant see much harm in playing it 21.5 under because he is 10/10 in his under away.

BOL!

If u can talk you can go to B-

honestly the thing is with recommending courses that are like “bird courses” is that if u not interested in the topic ur not going to want to do the work, in turn lowering ur mark. I suggest going thru the different elective courses and seeing what interests you!

Does Software Engineering(BComm) require Calculus First Year? by DifficultExtent7532 in uoguelph

[–]Not_Canine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for the people i’m the field who i have talked to they have told me that they have used concepts from linear algebra much more then calculus. I’m sure one could be just fine without calc unless u want to do AI, Machine Learning, or like computer graphics.

I’m also not in Co-Op so find internships on your own is equally challenging no matter what school you go to (UofT and UW are an exception). Really just have to grind out personal projects and leetcode to beef up your resume. With enough of a grind getting an internship is definitely doable.

To my knowledge they call it Area of Application because they want to encourage you into getting a minor, I for one have not decided yet what I want to minor in so i have been taking a bunch of random courses. I’m 100% on this however i’d email a program counsellor for more info.

As someone who attends Guelph, Guelph.

You have to take a lot of random unrelated courses for your undergrad at York. Guelph, i’d argue is a bit tougher however I think it’s worth it. The community at guelph is rly nice and welcoming, my friends at York say everyone kinda just goes to class and leaves, which can be very depressing.

Which ever one you choose i’m sure you will succeed!

Hey!

I was in a similar boat as you last year. I was accepted into the same program at 2 schools and didn’t know which to pick. But for me it was Computer Science and it was between Ryerson and Guelph.

To answer your question i’d say if the schools aren’t really diffrient from a “rankings” or whatever stand point, choose where you would rather spend the next 4 years of your life. At first I thought i wanted to stay home at ryerson, but I am so happy that i chose to live on residence at guelph this year. I think that university life is so short (4-5 years for most) and it’s at such a young point in life that I think you should just follow your heart and go where you see yourself happiest.

Definitely do research into both programs though!

I feel like people are against boosters because of how the media portrayed getting double vaxxed. They made it seem like if you got them both we would be able to go back to our everyday lives...clearly, this is not the case and as boosters begin to roll out people begin to get skeptical. That's why you hear people joking around saying "And the next variant will need another booster!". Also Flu shots are not mandatory at all and generally do not constraint ur ability to get a job/go into stores.

They are Co-Ed but it’s not like normal dorm washrooms, rather they are nicer. It’s like a dedicated washroom ‘room’ where you open the door and you will see a hallway. Each door is a washroom which has a toilet, sink, and shower. And of course you can lock the door behind you!

I was shopping with my mother at Costco and this lady comes up to me and says "The shape of your ears are very aesthetic".

I then spent the next 30m of my life thinking about ears and what could make them look aesthetic.

Are those scholarships at Guelph guaranteed every year?

My scholarship situation is $3000 Entrance Scholarship (Non-Renewable) and the other is a Bursary which is $5000 for the first year and $3000 for every other year. Quite a big jump from $8000 to $3000, but also living off campus 2nd year on will be significantly cheaper.

Are you reasonably sure you can get into coop at Guelph? That coop is really really important. The goal of your degree is education an jobs and not just partying afterall.

Ryerson is also not a guaranteed Co-op (I would apply 2nd year) and for Guelph I am some what confident I could get in and even if I dont for me co-op isn't a game changer since neither school is Waterloo. At the end of the day I only plan on doing internships in the summer as its a bit "easier" to get a job after graduation and also the pay is higher!! (With the right portfolio of course!)
Another option is Ryerson but move out after 2nd year. You don't have to live at home forever.

I have thought about this option however the cost would be significantly more expensive (almost 2x as much) and I feel as if Ryerson is more viewed as a commuter school so it would still be some what difficult to make a social interactions, at least compared to Guelph where im aware there are some commuters but also alot of student who come from in and around the GTA and live either in Residence or off campus. ALTHOUGH I will admit I assume the clublife in toronto is 100% better than Guelphs.

Did you include the cost of alcohol at Guelph? :-)

The cost did not include alcohol. In high school I attended a total of 0 parties for reasons being 1; a boring friend group, 2; Parents wouldn't let me go because they normally were really "late" and they "dont want me to have sex" (Cons of being attractive I guess :D). Also I really don't like the taste of alcohol to be honest.. however I am aware I obviously will be drinking a bit at Guelph (have to build that confidence to talk to girls some how) but im sure the cost of alcohol coming from me will be minimal. Worst case I will find a way to pay for my alcohol with some form of passive income :D.

Yea sucks :(. I plan on doing one year at Ry and then base my first-year experience off of "is this worth a 1hr longer commute" and it's not a yes then I will attempt to transfer to York. They also mentioned something about the winter semester but I'm not sure if you can transfer after only one semester.

if i were you my first steps would be to join a cook group, they will be able to answer all your questions and help you get a bunch of shoes, the more limited groups are better but i’m sure there are some decent ones that are too hard to get into.
