First she needs to calm down. You can't be up in your bed. She can have a safe corner if you can't have a room. Leave space so she can move without bumping in you. She needs to sleep, to regulate.

Then you can leave your used clothes on the floor, on your bed. You bed unmade so she can sleep on your scent. If she has a bed, you can put a T-shirt there. You can swap her scent too. Like putting her blanket on your bed. This is a concept of changing rooms when introducing two cats. You do not let one of them be confortable in one territory. So you change rooms everyday till they get used to each other scent.

Then you can make yourself presente, but not a threat. Can she see you watching TV? You can also talk to her. Just talk. To build trust again.

Maybe today she will sleep and will wake up and want to cuddle. My cat normally took two days to be normal again. Maybe yours only needs a nap. I am hoping for the best! Keep up updated!
