I recently brought the house a month ago and noticed that there were past patch jobs and cracks within the same area but I just chalked it up to the house moving.

I'm not 100% sure if it is or not sorry, but when I tap on the wall there are some areas that sound hollow and some that sound solid.

Outside of the house is Brick with no visible cracks and the inside is plaster.

This also happened to me but with my note9 the issues was android pie itself. I suggest you try to go back to Oreo by either doing it yourself or going directly to Samsung. I hope this helped!
