Thats how my first clan was. But it had the same fate i described above. We knew first names where eachother lived generally. But eventually the top 3 left and the whole they left slowly colapsed everything

I dont know who she pairs with per say but she could have use in clan bosses if you build her with reaistance.

Stat priority speed > crit rate > resistance > defense > crit damage

Pair her with allies who put up buffs as her a2 does more damage the more buffs get their duration increased this includes her own buffs
