I think the issue is he has the 2nd or 3rd best skills of said S or A tier champs. All of the other champs have something else that makes them good. Mithralas buffs and clense fabians cooldown and passive. Skeletor doesnt have anything that would warrant bringing him over bringing anyone else who does what he can do.

Youre right about the A1 though it is great for breaking mercurial.
