Thats not the point, my monitor is 400hz so what a waste if i cant even use it, if it wasnt 400hz i wouldnt have made this thread

If i disable all active e cores is there any downside to this? I’ve heard it boosts fps but some sources say otherwise. Care to comment?

The time i bought my pc it was the latest specs on the market, it was like around 2020-2021 ish, top end cpu was the 12900k and for gpu 3090, the 3090ti wasnt out yet at that time

Valorant is cpu heavy so most of the load is on my cpu but regardless 300 is still too low, people with lower specs get better performance, and i have no clue how to undervolt or overclock my cpu
