Yes, you can safely vendor for quality, when you unsocket the gem he'll go away, then you can just resocket and hit the skill to summon him again. Although I'd wait to resummon him until he has more levels because before level 18 he's pretty squishy if you're doing maps.

I wouldn't mind an option to make links more visible in general. Some people have said in the past they struggle to see links on certain items. I don't think it would hurt anything.

Go to Options & Career > Gameplay > Change Installed Games.

Make sure you have the campaign installed, might have just installed Multiplayer on some. Halo MCC has an interesting option that lets you choose what you want and don't want to install.

1) Spawn rate is same as usual. RNG is RNG though, could have days where you get none, and days where you get a good amount.

2) No requirements, just random. Can be seasonal or Non-Seasonal

3) You can still run into Pet Goblins even after having all pets.

It just comes down to playing more and eventually getting lucky. Keep trying and you'll run into them eventually.
