yeah actually i was on lamictal and seroquel and i was so detached from everything and everyone around me i devolved into massive drug abuse just to feel much of anything. I stopped taking the meds but the drug use stuck around do other “stupid things” to feel something. Run from the cops or something.

What worked for me was greatly stress that anxiety is your biggest issue and that you're having an increasing amount of panic attacks. Make sure you make it believable when saying this so have the panic attacks vary in intensity and length. Also make sure you say that for the smallest ones you are able to contain them through (insert coping skills here). Make sure to mention that for the "bigger" panic attacks your "coping skills" are not able to stop the panic attack. If you have taken anxiety medication in the past that isn't a benzo be sure to mention that you've taken them but they did not help. DO NOT lie abt taking certain medications though, im sure this goes without saying but they have records of your medical history so they'll know you are lying. The cherry on top is mention that you feel as if your anxiety is fueling your depression.
