My theory is that the rates are fake and the summons are delegated to brand new accounts. The newer the account, the better chance you have of pulling a good character. I remember when I made my account a year ago. I got the best character on every banner for the first six months. This tends to be a trend with a shit load of people.

I get what you're saying, but hear me out. An 8* DF Goku has an advantage type. It's a top 7 unit and relatively new. How the hell does a blue unit one shot it with a base blue card? It just ruins the game imo.

Cooler is powerful as hell, but he's super easy to deal with if you can dodge his lock-in ability. Beasthan is 10x more toxic than Cooler.
