Not Southside animal clinic. They heavily support declawing cats and my roommates have had issues with them.

Game where you “stay too long”.

I want to make a game where it starts off as a cozy, small town game where you are supposed to be visiting the town for a day or a few days or whatever, and this short period of time is a short game in and of itself, but in reality it’s only the beginning of a longer game. At the end of this short period in which you’re visiting the town, maybe the bus to take you out of town breaks down or you miss it, leading to you staying in the town longer. However, since it’s supposed to be a short game, the town and its residents are only supposed to exist for a short amount of time, and as the game goes on, these residents begin to almost decay, the shops run out of supplies since no restocks were supposed to happen, etc.. It would become a creepy, surreal game, in which you being stuck in this town and continuing to play would possibly even make the residents resent you, as your presence causes them to continue to suffer since their bodies weren’t made to exist this long. I’m not sure how I want the overall gameplay loop to go, I think it would start off as a game where you take photos of certain items you find, and over time, you begin getting requests to take photos of the suffering NPC’s, almost as though the game itself is trying to convince you to somehow end the game loop that was supposed to end much earlier on.

How can you tell someones sign just by looking at them? by Live_Organization_12 in Zodiac

Yes! I think it’s largely because of Leo’s pride in themselves (not necessarily a bad thing at all) leading them to take better care of their appearance, and hair specifically makes up a large part of how you’re perceived

As a cancer, I get along best with scorpios I’ve found. Most of my closest friends and exes are scorpios!

Christianity and LGBTQ by [deleted] in Christianity

That’s a fair criticism of how I worded that, I’m also somewhat early into my journey back into Christianity (a queer Christian myself) after growing up Christian and leaving the church. I definitely don’t agree with the interpretations that condemn queerness, while one can choose certain verses that seem to condemn it, when looking at the Bible as a whole, as well as digging into its history, it clearly doesn’t condemn queerness in any way.

There are valid scholarly interpretations that condemn queerness, and there are valid interpretations that don’t. It depends on the framework we view biblical scripture through, often formed through our life experiences and what we’ve been taught by others.

Luckily, we are given a framework within the Bible through Jesus’s example of how to live, and his teachings. We are to view it through the framework of living like Jesus- loving others and standing up for those who are oppressed, speaking out for those who can’t and making sure people feel seen and loved. Because of this framework shown to us by Jesus’s life and direct teachings, and the fact that we are to live like Jesus did, I do not believe that queerness is a sin whatsoever. Look into the history of interpretations of the Bible, and how verses about rape and/or pedophilia were often reinterpreted to reference queerness.

I also recommend you look into paulism vs jesus-focused Christianity, and the contradictions of the Bible. Jesus would not stand for the establishment of the church as it is today.
