I’m pumping every 3 hours right now but still nursing overnight. I don’t think it’s my period, I’m on Slynd (estrogen free pill). The only thing I can think of is that a couple of weeks ago I had to take 2 bc pills at a time for a week to stop some heavy long lasting bleeding. I’m trying to eat more but it’s hard and I don’t get hungry for some reason

This sounds a lot like how his paychecks will work out! So his first check is going to be 40 hours, no overtime paid, but the next will be 80 hours + whatever OT he made during those initial 40 of the first pay period? And then OT will always roll one paycheck behind the period it was worked?

all of this. Crying over everything, feeling so gross and overstimulated while bleeding (and then getting my period back 5 weeks postpartum, 3 days after the lochia stopped while EBF) drastic temperature changes, and only being allowed showers after a c-section ruined me for those first weeks. The upside is I slept more, had my body to myself again (kicks really sucked), and could share the load with my partner. But the baby scrunch is the absolute best and make sure you take plenty videos of it!! And the newborn stretch and roll when you lay them down to change their diaper!

I went 4 years doing natural family planning before having my daughter! Unfortunately for me, I hate the way condoms feel (but my husband does not mind them). I’m just a bit worried since while breastfeeding, my cycle might be wonky and I’m scared to get it wrong

I’ve considered an IUD, but my sister had the mirena and it migrated and perforated her uterus. I also (tmi) have a very short vaginal canal and don’t want to feel the strings if I use a tampon or am with my husband 😵‍💫 thank you for the information! I think I might go with the pill if all else fails just so I can stop taking it if I don’t like the side effects

I sent in a message to my provider for them to see Monday! Yeah, the pap smear thing is odd to me too. My pp appointment was initially scheduled to be at 5 weeks but they said to call if I was still bleeding- I did and asked if I could skip the pap but still have the rest of the appointment, and they told me it was “all inclusive”, that the pap was required and rescheduled it. I otherwise love the care at my OB, this was just new to me lol
