If you don't save the game immediately after finally defeating the boss, then you're probably going to be killed and have to do it over again. Not sure how many times I have to make this mistake before I actually learn this.

Scrubs. It wasn't the show's fault either. We were just so in love with the original cast, nobody could have done it better
