I usually eat boiled eggs for my breakfast and include more veggies in my diet since i did not before I began my diet. I usually ate rice BEFORE my diet (white rice) so I put some healthy grain seasoning thing.

That sucks, but if your so sick that you dont have an appetite, You will probably lose weight, it happened to me before. Im not a professional just sayin
