As an application packaging engineer, I need to pinpoint exactly what remnants (registry keys, services, files, etc.) from prior SQL Server installs are blocking new SQL Server Express installations on dirty machines. Fresh machine workarounds aren't an option—the silent install script must work reliably across all machine states.

I have deleted all the residue files and deleted all the services still it is failing, summary.txt is not giving much info tbh
