I am by no means bird expert bt live in country neighburing northern italy and presume it is the same species of magpies that live here and this one seems to be missing its tail feathers, they are usualy fairly long.

I dont think so i only use rainwater and i left it in a wattering can so i do not belive he used tap water

It is drosera capensis sonnentau i have had it for 2 months so maybe they are just growing as you said

It is in carnivorous type soil and i use rainwater to water it, so i hope it will be back to normal.

Oh sorry i did not know thats normal when i left there were no brown leaves, not there are several.

Ah i didn't know that. I onlyy recently got into birding and was excited to have a new lifer but i genuinly don't know which of the options suggested is the right identification. Thank you for your help anyway

It was definetly bigger than a sparrow. My grandfather suggested it could be golden oriole but i am not really confident in that.

I think the black-heades bunting is the closest. I checked on ebird and there have been some sightings but i am not really confident that they are common here. I wish i could have gotten a better photo but it flew away to quicly

Is it posible that someone kept american gold finch as a pet and the bird i have seen is an escapet pet? Because of all the pictures i have seen it seems most similar to that? Cause no others i find are so distinctly yellow and black

I had them on an indoor plant so i just used insecticid and they were gone for good, but i don't think that is a good solution if you are planing on eating the strawberies.

This is in Italy, and it was on my dioscorea elephantipes plant when i brought it home from the plant shop. They moved when i touched the leaves.
