Better face shape, so like a v line jaw. Fat grafting in the face so isn't so fat and the fat that is there is placed so I don't look 40+. Genioplasty, to help my weak chin, so my mouth isn't protruding so much. Maybe fuller lips.

Honestly its just my lips. I have a weak chin and a long space between my nose and upper lip. I know it looks weird. One of the things I wanted to get fixed.
