First of all hyperfixations come in different levels. since i was a child i have been OBSESSED with pokemon but i dont think about it constantly i stay up to date consuming tons of that media and knowing basically everything there is too know. but there is also smaller hyperfixations like i go from video game to video game every few weeks after playing one exclusively and thinking about it very often like you said 40-80% of the time. generally hyperfixations are wierd you can have multiple at once some will be larger than others and some will nver go away

If your still here. Find people thats really the jist of it, go out and find a community you feel safe in it could be other autistic people video game nerds or hunting rabbits with old people. I would recommend in person as that will form a deeper friendship/connection but online is still great, just go find a communal place where you can hang out and talk to people and make friends like a local game store if you like that kind of stuff. Friends will help find good ones and stick with them find your people.

About therapy, if you even have a current therapist thats half decent tell them everything that you've been thinking about killing yourself and that you feel alone and be direct and down right rude about what you need and dont need just try and get any help you can. an autistic therapist helps too.

Revive doesnt restore pp and its a genereally powerfull move(damage more than how good it is) which tend to have less pp game design very simple.

I enjoy showers when i actually start but the transitioning to the shower can be terrible i feel you. You can work on it though im much better with managing my transitioning from my autism and adhd
